classes
In today's blog, I will be talking about my classes. Compared to my high school classes, college classes are much different. First off, I have really big gaps in between my classes which is very different from when I was in high school because in high school, I didn't have big gaps in between classes. My first class starts at 8 a.m. and my next class is at 12. Following that class is my math class which is at 6 p.m. Another thing that is very different is that on certain days I only have a certain amount of classes. For example, on Monday's, and Wednesdays I have my English, history, and math class. On Thursdays, I have my theatre class, and on Fridays, I only have English and history class. It’s a little weird to me because I have no classes on Tuesday’s, and usually in high school, there are only a certain amount of days in the year when students would get a day off. My theatre class on Thursday’s get cancelled a lot, and in high school, classes never get cancelled. Another very different thing in college classes that I have yet to get used to is that college classes go way faster. When taking notes, the professors do not leave the notes on the projector. You have to take your own notes based on memory. Listening to what your professor is saying and being able tor retain that information and put it in notes is tough for me and it still taking some getting used to.
I agree with your last statement Ralph, that sometimes it can be difficult to comprehend the information being spoken to you then writing that down and retaining it in an effective way for us as individuals will understand.
