Money Management

Welcome back to my blog! In today's blog, I will be talking about money management. Personally, money stresses me out. Being a college student without a job is hard considering that I am not rich at all. It's tough having to ask my parents for money sometimes for gas or just to buy food. Every time I get money no matter where it is from, I automatically save it and put it away. I have to spend my money very carefully or else I would run out of money quick and I'm gonna be stuck at school starving because I don't have money to buy food which is gonna be tough because I have very long gaps between classes and going home is gonna waste a lot of gas because I would have to drive to school 3 times back and forth if I want to go home every time I have a break in between classes. Another reason why money is an issue for me is because being college student means that there are a lot of expenses including books, and other necessities for classes. For me, I need to buy books for my english class, and math class which can be pretty pricy. For my theatre class, I am expected to attend 9 plays in which we have to buy our own tickets which can vary in prices. On top of books, gas, and food, I have to worry about paying my tuition to attend school. Since my financial aid did not pay for my whole tuition fee, I had to take out student loans from the government which I have to pay back. A smart move for me to do is to start looking for a job in order to help my parents pay for expenses that I need to attend school. That's it for today's blog. See ya'll next week!

  1. I can relate to this because I also didn't get any financial aid and I also had to take out government loans. I also have long gaps in between classes and get hungry, but I'm broke! I usually just bring something from home to snack on so that I am able to save money. If I were to buy food everyday during my gaps that would really add up and I would just be extra broke.
