Quick Update

Hey guys! Welcome back again to my weekly blog! Tonight is a quick update on where I am at in terms of education, and just basically life. I am now on my 8th week of college and I have got to say that it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Before I started college, I feared that I wouldn't be able to handle the work and that I will fail all of my classes, but although there is a lot of work to do, I can handle it. I am caught up in most of my classes but there are classes that I kind of struggle in. In my english class, I am not organized enough and I tend to forget the due dates for some assignments which really makes me mad sometimes because I hate the feeling of missing an assignment because I know that it will hurt my grade. My history class is tough because there is a lot of reading that I have to do which I am not really good at because in high school, I did not bother reading a lot of books. I only read books if I needed to but in college, I feel like there is less pressure since the teachers don't remind you when an assignment will be due or if we have readings to do. In college you are really responsible for your own work. I am still yet to find a job so it is still a struggle financially to pay for expenses such as food everyday at school, and gas to commute back and forth from school to my house.
